You agree that if Jadugar J. Kumar does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in this Agreement, or which Jadugar J. Kumar has the benefit of, such failure will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Jadugar J. Kumar’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Jadugar J. Kumar.
If any court having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of this Agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from this Agreement without affecting the rest of the terms herein.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed in all respect in accordance with the laws of India. Every dispute concerning the interpretation or effect of this Agreement and/or your use of the Site must be resolved in the Courts of Kanpur in India. You agree to the personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, and venue of these courts.
TERMINATION
Jadugar J. Kumar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation your violation of this Agreement.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer any kind of Refund or Cancellations after booking tickets. Please book tickets when you are sure for it.
